HOLLIDAYSBURG
POWIS - PATCHIN

  Alfred Herbert Powis, of Blaine City, and Miss Jennie Patchin, of 
Glenn Hope, Clearfield county, were united in marriage last Thursday 
morning at 9.30 o'clock, at the Methodist Episcopal parsonage on South 
Wayne street, by the pastor, the Rev. Elmer Ellsworth Harter.  They 
were unattended.  At the conclusion of a short honeymoon trip, the 
newlyweds will establish a home in Clearfield county.  Both are popular 
in the circles in which they move and a host of admiring friends will 
join in wishing them bon voyage.
