according to law, did depose and say, that the statements above set forth are 
correct and true, to the best of their knowledge and belief. Sworn and 
subscribed before me, this 30 day of June A.D. 1894, C.J. Kerr, Justice of the 
Peace.

State of Pennsylvania, County of Jefferson, To any Minister of the Gospel, 
Justice of the Peace, or other Officers or Persons authoised by law to 
solemise Marriage: 
Legal evidence having been furnished to me, in accordance with the Act of 
Assembly approved the twenty-third day of June, one thousand eight hundred and 
eight-five, you are herby authorized to join together in the holy state of 
matrimony, according to the rites and ceremonies of your church society and 
religious denomination , and the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, 
Geo. S. Barrett and Melora Sanders. Given under my hand and the seal of the 
Orphan's Court of said County of Jefferson, at Brookville, this 31 day of 
July, A.D. 1894, John S. Barr Clerk.
DUPLICATE CERTIFICATE
No. 1557
I C. J. Kerr hereby certify that on the 4 day of August one thousand eight 
hundred and ninety-four at Reynoldsville PA, George S. Barrett and Melora 
Sanders were by me united in marriage in accordance with license issued by the 
Clerk of the Orphan's Court of Jefferson County, Pennsylvania. - C. J. Kerr
CONSENT TO THE MARRIAGE OF CHILD OR WARD
I Jos. Sanders residing at Reynoldsville, PA do hereby certify that I am the 
parent of Melora Sanders residing at Reynoldsville, PA who is now 18 years of 
age; that I have been informed of the intended marriage of my said daughter to 
Geo. S. Barrett and hereby consent to said marriage. Signed in the presence 
Stephen Bone residing at Reynoldsville
Mrs. A. E. Kerr residing at Reynoldsville - signed Joseph Sanders
on this 30th day of July A.D. 1894, personally appeared before the subscriber 
a Justice of the Peace the above-named Jos. Sanders, and acknowledged the 
foregoing certificate and signature to be his act and deed. - C. J. Kerr, J.P.
