Will of Abraham Kephart; Alton kephart, Charlotte Kephart Executors
In the name of God Amen.  I, Abraham Kephart of West Moshannon, Woodward 
Township, Clearfield County and state of Pennsylvania being of sound and 
disposing mind and memory and declare this to be my will and testament in 
manner following as to say. I order that all my just debts and funeral 
expenses and charges of proving this my will be in the first place fully paid 
and satisfied and after payment thereof and every part thereof I give and 
bequeath
To my children Alton, Emily, Annie, Abram, Lottie, James, Leona, Darius and 
Edna, I give unto each the sum of one hundred dollars.
Item 2
And all the rest, residue and remainder of my goods, chattels, debts, ready 
money, effects and other my estate may soever and wheresoever both real and 
personal, I give and bequeath the same and every part and parcel thereof unto 
my wife Charlotte Kephart to use during her natural life with the right to 
convey and sell either personal or of the estate and use the proceeds of such 
sale as may be.. for her support and at the death of my wife Charlotte Kephart 
I order and direct that whatever is left of my estate shall be divided between 
my beforementioned children; share and share alike.
Item 3
In case any of the before mentioned children shall die before the death of my 
wife Charlotte then and ... such child or children shall go to the surviving 
heirs of such deceased child or children.
Item 4
And I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my wife Charlotte and my son 
Alton executrix and executor of this my will, hereby revoking and void all 
former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only 
to be my last will and testament.
In witness thereof, the said testator, Abram kephart have to this last will 
and testament set my hand and seal the 21 day of August A. D. 1908. Abraham

Date of Death, Sept 12, 1908 Filed with will. And now Sept 17, 1908, Alton 
Kephart and Charlote Kephart being duly sworn according to law, letters. 
Testamentary were to them same day. Filed Sept 17, 1908
