Murray, Executors of Anthony Kleckner, to David Bobst, 30 January 1863, 1/4 acre lot in Logansville, Green Township, Clinton County, PA, Deed Book N:607. This Indenture made the thirtieth day of January A.D. one thousand Eight hundred and Sixty three Between George Kleckner and William A. Murray of Green Township Clinton County and State of Pennsylvania Executors of the last Will and Testament of Anthony Kleckner late of Green Township of the one part, and David Bobst of the same place of the other part. Whereas the Said Anthony Kleckner, by virtue of divers good conveyances and assurances in law, duly had and Executed became in his lifetime Seized in his domain as of fee. (amongst other lands) of and in a certain messuage or tenement and tract of land, Situated in the Town of Logansville, County and State aforesaid, containing about one fourth of an Acre, and being so thereof Seized, made his last will and testament in writing bearing date the twenty fourth day of August in the year A.D. one thousand Eight hundred and Sixty wherein and whereby amongst other things, he ordered that a certain portion of his real Estate Should be Sold by his Executors thereinafter named of which Said Will be appointed the said George Kleckner and Wm A. Murray Executors as in and by the said recited will, Since his decease duly proved and remaining in the Register's office at Lock Haven recourse thereto being appears, NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH That the said Geo. Kleckner and W.A. Murray Executors as aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars to them in hand paid by the said David Bobst ?? before the Sealing and delivery hereof the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, sold aliened released and confirmed and by these presents and by force and virtue of the said last recited Will do grant bargain sell alien release and confirm unto the said David Bobst, All that certain lot or piece of land situated in the Town of Logansville Clinton County and State of Pennsylvania BOUNDED and described as follows. On the North by Main Street and the East by lot of Samuel Grump(?), on the South by an Alley & on the West by lot of Randolph Karstetter and known on the plan of said Town as lot number forty (40) (It being part of a tract of land conveyed to the aforesaid Anthony Kleckner (deceased) by John Kleckner & wife by Indenture bearing the eighteenth day of September one thousand eight hundred and twenty Seven and recorded in the office for recording deeds in and for Centre County in Deed Book H page 225) Together with all and singular the rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversions & remainders rents issues and benefits thereof: and also all the Estate right, title interest property claims and demand whatsoever of the said Anthony Kleckner at and immediately before the time of his decease in law or equity or otherwise howsoever of into or out of the same. To have and to hold the said lot of ground hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned or intended so to be, with the appurtenance unto the said David Bobst his heirs and assigns, to the only proper use and behoof of the said David Bobst his heirs and assigns forever. And the said George Kleckner and W.A. Murray Executors aforesaid, for themselves their heirs, Executors and administrators, do severally and not jointly nor the one for the other or for the Act and deed of the other, but each for his own acts only promise and agree to and with the said David Bobst his heirs and assigns by these presents that they the said George Kleckner and W.A. Murray have not heretofore done or committed any act matter or thing whatsoever whereby the promise hereby granted or any part thereof, is, are or shall or may be impeached, charged or encumbered in title charge Estate or otherwise howsoever.
