(Clearfield, Pa.) February 3, 1858 Mr. Harter, a citizen of Flemington, who was engaged in burning lime, lost his life in a mysterious and sudden manner, on Wednesday afternoon, the 20th January. He was last seen standing with another man near the kiln. Soon after, they were both missing, and upon search being made, Harten was found dead in the kiln, and the other person nearly so.
