He is survived by the following children: Elmer E., of Lock Haven; Orlander and Mrs. Edward Lansberry, of Altoona, and Mrs. John Fox and Miss Maggie, of Sunbury. Deceased was a veteran of the late war, having served in Company C, Third Artillery, and was a past commander of John S. Bittner post, G.A.R. He was one of the oldest employes of the Pennsylvania railroad company, and for many years had charge of the coaling station in Lock Haven. Altoona Mirror, March 27, 1896
