Will of Daniel Merkle of Fishing Creek Tp
      He gives:
To daughter Elizabeth married to James Paden the use of 77 A of his farm adjg
Saml Ash & on Fishing Creek & Huntington Creek for life & then equally to her
children.
To daughter Sarah married to Peter Pealer the use for life of 77 A remainder of
farm & then equally to her children.
To granddaughter Amanda Elizabeth Paden $300 out of personal estate if there is
that much left.
To daughters Elizabeth Paden & Sarah Pealer equally bals estate.
Appoints John Yost Exr Dated Sept 18, 1857.  Daniel Merkle (seal)
Probated Nov 18, 1859
