And as tuching? such worldly estate as it hath pleased God to be bless me with I give and bequeath in the following manner. Viz, Item I give and bequeath to My daughter Rachal PHILIPS fifty dollars. Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Sarah SWISHER, three hundred and eight (or eighty) dollars and one feather bed and beding and curtains; Sarah to have her choise of beds and my big Bible, Also My will is that my Executors shall as soon after my demise as convenient make sale of my Plantation on which my son Samuel lived on being the west end of my homestead place, - Item I give and bequeath to my grandson William PEGG son of my son Samuel One dollar, - Item to my granddaughter, Sarah KINGEMAN (or KLINGEMAN) two Dollars, Item I give and bequeath to my grandaughter Ebe/Ele Young two dollars, - Item I give and bequeath to my granddaughter Christianna PEGG two dollars, - Item I give and bequeath to granddaughter Rachel PEGG one hundred and thirty three dollars and thirty three cents to be paid in two equal annual payments out of the money arising the sale of the said part of my Place, - Item I give and bequeath to my grand daughter Susanna PEGG one hundred thirty dollars and thirty three cents to be paid her when she arrives at the age of eighteen years, - Item I give and bequeath to my grand son Samuel PEGG one hundred and thirty three dollars thirty three cents to be paid in the same manner as last said, when he arrives the age of twenty one years, Item I give and bequeath to my grand daughter Sarah KLINGEMAN's oldest child one hundred and thirty three dollars thirty three cents to be paid to said child when she? arrives at age in two equal yearly payments; but if said child should die without before arive at the age of eighteen then the said one hundred and thirty three dollars thirty three cents bequeathed to the said child shall be paid to my grand daughter Sarah KLINGEMAN at the same time it should have been paid if the child had lived, - Item I give and bequeath to my grand son William SWISHER one hundred and thirty three dollars, thirty three cents paid him when he arrives at the age of twenty one years, - Item I give and bequeath to my daughter in law Jane PEGGone feather bed and beding, Also it is my will that ?ing shall be devided equally between Sarah SWISHER and Jane PEGG, - Item I give and bequeath to the children of my step daughter Elizabeth KITCHEN all that peice of land and appurturances there unto belonging in Derry township County aforesaid on the west side of Hunters old road Beginning at a white oak on Andrew SHUFES? b.. thence along said Road to a black oak on James CLARKs line then extending westly from said road. all the children which my said step daughter now has or may hereafter have shall have an equal interest in said lot on piece of land be the same more or less when her youngest child shall arive at the age of eighteen years, - also it is my will that my step daughter afore said with her husband and family shall live on said lot of lland and enjoy all the fenefits thereof until the youngest child of aforesaid shall arive at the age of eighteen, - Also if William Kitchen son of ? KITCHEN stays with one and my son William until he is twenty one years of age he then receive from my excustors? one horse saddle and bridle of the value of sixty dollars sixty seven cents, Item I give and bequeath to my son William PEGG my plantation on which I now reside beginning at a post by land of BARBER and L??etten? north fortyone and a half east two hundred and eight perches to a post th?? by land of Mr? SCHOOLEY north fiftyone west onehundred and sixty one to stone of John HAINS thence by land of HAINS and CLINGEMAN south forty one and 1/2 west ? hundred and ten perches to white oak corner, south thirty seven east forty perches to whitoak, south one east fourteen perches to a post, south sixty ? twentytwo pershes to a stone south theirtyfive east nineteen perches 3? tenths to a whiteoak, north seventytwo east forty perches to post, S, twentyeight east twentysix perches to a whiteoak, North seventyfive east nine perches and seventy to a post, south twentyseven east twentyfour perches to the beginning Cona? two hundred and three acres and allowance, be the same move or lep? w? all the app? unto him his heirs and assigns, forever - And it is ?..that my Executors hereinafter named shall make sale of all residue and remainder of my Estate both real and personal as soon as conveinent after my decease which has not been included in any of the forgoing bequests and after all my just debts and all the above bequests are paid or secured to be paid, then any executors shall pay to my two grand sons, sons of my son William - William PEGG and Green PEGG one hundred and thirty three dollars 33 cents each and then the whole of the remainder or overplush if any therebe to be devid equally among all of the children of my son William PEGG which he now has or may hereafter have, excepting my bay mare with a bald face which said mare must not be sold, - And I enjoin and request that my Executors do see that this my last will and testament be Excecuted according to the true intent and meaning thereof. - And lastly I nominate and appoint my trusty friends Jacob SWISHER Esq and my son William PEGG Executors of this my last will and Testament hereby revoking and disanuling all other will or wills, heretofore made and declaring this to be last will and testament and ? other In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the sixth? day of in the year of our Lord one Thousand eight hundred and Twenty two 'William PEGG(Seal) Sealed and Delivered published and declared to be my last will and testament in the Presence of Dan E MONTGOMERY samu? ..forks? Register of the probate of wills and granting letters of administration in and for the county of Columbia personally came Samuel YORKS and Daniel MONTGOMERY two of the illegible witnesses to the foregoing will and being duly sworn according to law did depose? and say, that they were present and saw and heard William PEGG the testator sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the foregoing in ?ment of writing as and for his last will and Testament, and that at the time of so doing he was of perfect sound mind, memory and understanding to the best of theri knowledge observation and belief, and that the signature of Samuel YORKS and Daniel MONTGOMERY are in the de?onants own proper hand writing and the Signature of Robert Mcwilliams was signed in the deponants own prizent.
