  Letter from D.E. Murray, Catawissa, Pa., to J.A. Quay, Superintendent of the 
  Pennsylvania Reform School at Morganza: Robert L. Myers of Hamburg has written 
  me that you want a first officer (principal teacher).  Will you kindly tell me 
  what the duties of that office or position would be?  I am 29 years old, a 
  graduate of Lock Haven Norman School and a P.G. of the same institution.  I 
  have taught successfully for 11 years in the schools of the state.  My
