On the petition of James, John and Ann Patterson, minor orphan children of Samuel Patterson, deceased, praying the court to appoint Charles Cunningham, Williaom Brown and John Rankin of Fermanagh Township in Cumberland Co., [now part of Juniata Co.] Yeoman guardians over the persons and estates of James, John and Ann Patterson, minor orphan children of said, being all above the age of fourteen years. The on consideration granting the prayer of the petitioners appoint the said Charles Cunningham, William Brown and John Rankin guardians over the persons and estates of said orphans during their minority or until other guardian or guardians be appointed in their town. By the Court On application of the said James, John and Ann Patterson do the court by the petition for the appointment of the said Charles Cunningham, William Brown and John Rankin guardian over the persons and estates of Peter, William and Mary Patterson, minor orphan children of the aforesaid Samuel Patterson decd, during this minority. The court do likewise appoint the said Charles Cunningham, William Brown and John Rankin guardians over the persons and estate or the said orphans during their minority or until other guardians or guardian be appointed in their town By the Court
