Hoey [Hoy]Samuel from Robert McNeall [McNeil] Vol 1 H 103 Nov 1 1771 reco Oct 20 1785 Armagh Bill of Sale Robert McNeal to Samuel Hoy 1771 July 2 Know all Men By these presents that I Robert Mc Neall of the Township of Fermanagh in the County of Cumberland in the Province of Pennsylvania for and in Consideration of the Sum of Twenty five pounds Current money of Pennsylvania to me in hand paid by Samuel Hoey of the Township of Armagh County and province aforesaid the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge and myself therewith fully and Entirely Satisfyd have bargained Sold made over and Delivered and by these presents Do bargain Sell transfer and make over and Deliver to the said Samuel Hoey a Certain Tract of Land Lying in Kishacoquillas Valley Armagh Township bounded by Lands of Robert McNutt, Catherine McNutt and William Ashmore and John Alexander all and every part and parcel of the said Tracts it was surveyed for Isacher Beirs [Isaac ] by order of Survey bearing Date from Philadelphia the Second Day of July in the year one thousand Seven hundred and Seventy one Number five thousand and ninety three 509350 To Have and to hold above bargained described premises unto the said Samuel Hoey his Heirs Executors administrators and McNeall for my self my Heirs Executors administrators the said bargained premises unto the said Samuel Hoey his Heirs Executors administrators and assigns again and all manner of Persons Laying any just claim thereunto the Honourable Proprietors only Excepted Shall and will Warrant and forever Defend by these presents In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty first Day of November Anno Domini one thousand Seven hundred and Seventy 1771 Cumberland ss .
