  wife of West Pennsboro Tp who for $1 & natural love & affection convey to 
  their daughter Eliza E. Carothers, wife of Andrew Carothers of the same place 
  9 A in sd Tp bounded by John Howenstine heirs et al being the same property 
  which was seized as the property of Armstrong Carothers & sold by James Neal 
  Shff & conveys to said Josiah Carothers Oct 15, 1825.
