  Deed from Simon Dietz admr of Daniel Dietz to John I. Miller of Camp Hill, 
  Cumb Co, Pa in which for $10,500 he conveys on Mch 30, 1914 the 203 A 132 P 
  above referred to.  Duly Ackd & recorded Mch 30, 1914 in deed book D Vol 8 
  Page 37 by J.E. Carothers recorder. After attempt to sell at public sale, with 
  no bids court allowed a private sale to Mr Miller at above price.  Being same 
  tract conveyed by Lydia Dietz et al in preceding instrument to David Dietz & 
  recites that he died intestate, leaving a widow & several children, among them 
  said Daniel Dietz to whom in partition proceedings the land was allotted & his 
  estate was admrd on by Simon Dietz.
