Beginning at an heap of stones a corner of Land conveyed by the said Benedict to Peter ___ and running, thence by the same north seven degrees and an half west one hundred sixty perches to a black oak thence north forty five degrees East thirty one perches and an ___ to an hickory Thence north eighty six degrees & an half East twenty perches to a white oak the ___ two degrees & a quarter East sixty nine perches and three tenths to a chestnut oak thence ___ eighty nine degrees west fifty one perches to an heap of stone thence south six degrees ____ nine perches to an heap of stones thence north eighty one degrees East thirty three perches & three ___ to an hickory thence south sixety one degrees and an half East eleven perches & three ____ an hickory, and thence South seventy five degrees East one hundred sixty seven perches ___ place of Beginning containing one hundred and fifty two acres and the usual allowances ___ Roads & highways Together with all and singular the buildings and improvements ___ and being ways woods waters water courses rights liberties privileges advantages heredit____ and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining and the reversion ___ & the reminders There of all the right title interest use possession property claim and ___ whatsoever of him the said Benedict Long, and Mary his wife of in to or out of these ---hereby granted premises and every part thereof. Being part of a larger Tract of land w ___ granted and confirmed to the said Benedict Long, his heirs and assigns by James Sharron __ dated the fifth day of October 1803 as in & by the same Deed reference being thereunto had ___fully and at large appear. To have and To hold the said Tract piece or parcel of land ___ granted or mentioned to be granted with the appurtenances and every part thereof unto him ___ George Snyder his heirs and assigns to the only proper use benefit and behoof of the said George ____ his heirs and assigns forever.
