  Original parchment patent from Thomas Penn & Richard Penn signed for them by 
  James Hamilton dated Phila, Pa May 25, 1762 & recorded at Phila pat Book AA 
  Vol 3d page 299 March 25, 1762.  In pursuance of a warrant dated July 20, 
  1748, there was surveyed unto William Caruthers of the Co of Cumb, a tract of 
  land in East Pennsborough Tp on Conedoquinnet Creek identified by meets & 
  bounds ctg 163 A & 3/4 A & the usual all for roads.  He paid £25.7.4 1/2.
