School officials Take Charge of Body

  CARLISLE. June 25. - The Government officials in charge of the 
Carlisle Indian School announced last evening that they would take 
charge of the body and notify the relatives of Isaac Longshore, the 
former Indian student who committed suicide by sending a bullet through 
his head.
  Longshore had been expelled from the local Indian institution in 
June, 1916, as an undesirable and it is believed that that disgrace and 
the fact that he had led a life of debauchery since that time slightly 
unbalanced his mind and during a visit in the borough he committed 
suicide.
