January 13 1751; Cumberland Co., Guilford Twp, Pennsylvania In the name of God Amen. John O. Cain of Guilford Township in the County of Cumberland being very much indisposed and weak of body but of sound memory blessed be God do make this thirteen day of Jany in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty one do make and publish this my last will and testament in the manner following that is to say. First of all I allow that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid and discharged. Also I give to my Brother Daniel O Cain his first son Richard my plantation paying eight to each of my sisters childrens to wit eight pounds Mary Mclean and eight pounds Marget McClean. likewise eight pounds to my sister Mary Ramseys son James Ramsey at the expiration of the year after being ? in of the same likewise I leave my saddle to my sister Marget and ?? of my Brother Daniel should die without any heirs my estate to be divided equally amongst my sisters childrens and make and ordain John Rannells of Antrim Township and County of Cumberland and my brother Daniel O. Cean Executors of this my last will in trust for the intent and purposes in this my will contained and I do hereby revoke and disannul all other wills and testament by me made ratifying and confirming this and no other as my last will and testament. In witness where of I the said John O Cain have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal the day and year above mentioned. Signed sealed and delivered by the said John O Cain as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who was present the signing and sealing thereof. John O Cain. Be it remember that on the 8th day of February 1752. Letters testamentary issued to John Ramsey and Daniel O. Cain named in the within will Inventory to be xhibited on or before the 8th day of March next ensuing and an Act of the Admin. when thereunto required. Given under my hand and seal of Office. H.
