Last Will and Testament, Adam Fultz deceased In the name of God I Adam Fultz of Rye Township in the County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania being weak in body but of sound mind ... do make and publish this my last will and testament ... Item I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary one Cow one bed bedstead and bedding of her own choice one chest and one spinning wheel and such part of my dwelling house as may contain herself and property during her life and her thirds of all rents issues or profits yearly that shall be produced yielded or gained on my Real Estate to be paid to her by my two sons Daniel and William or their assigns. Item I give and Bequeath unto my son George my account of twenty five pounds five shillings which he owes me the payment of which he is hereby discharged. Item I give and bequeath unto my son John the sum of twenty five pounds to be paid to him four years after my decease by my two sons Daniel & William Item I give and bequeath unto my son Henry two dollars to be paid as soon as convenient after my decease. Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Eve Dehove the sum of twenty five pounds to be paid to her one year after my decease by my sons Daniel and William Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Caty Fultz twenty five pounds to be paid to her two years after my decase by my two sons Daniel and William Item I give and bequath unto my daughter Susanah Fultz the sum of fifty pounds the one half of which is to be paid to her three years after my decease and the remainder to be paid four years after my decease by my two sons Daniel and William Item I give and bequeath unto my two sons Daniel and William all my real estate situate in the township of Repaforce [?] said containing one hundred acres Item I give and bequeath to my son Daniel on mare now two years old one rifle gun and the bus & soaps that he now claimes I also give and beqeuath unto son William all my Smith & Carpenter & Cooper tools I further order and allow all the remainder of my goods ... to be sold and the moneys arising to be equally divided between Daniel and William Daniel and William executors.
