In the name of God amen. I, Martin Kitch, of North Middleton township, Cumberland County and State of Pennsylvania, being in good health, body and of sound and disposing mind, memory, and understanding (pleased be to God for the same) and being desirous to settle my worldly affairs whilst I have strength and capacity so to do, I make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all wills by me at any time heretofore made and first and principally I commend my soul into the hands of my God who gave it and my Body to the earth from whence it was taken and as to such worldly estate wherewith it hat pleased God to entrust me, I dispose of the same as follows, viz.: -I will that all my just debts be paid and funeral expences out of my real astate be paid. I leave all my personal estate to my daughter Elizabeth Kitch forther it is my wish that my real astate shell be sold after my decease as sone as conveniend eather by prived or poblick saile for the! best a twantich forther it is my will that my grand son John Kitch shell have one hundred dollars and my grand daughter Mery Kitch shall have one hundred dollars my son David Kitch is to have fifty cents, I leave to daughter Catharina Gardner fifty cents, I leave to my daughter Mary Cornman fifty cents, I leave to my daughter Barbara Warth fifty cents, I leave to my daughter Ann Margaret Smith fifty cents, I leave to my daughter Elizabeth Kitch all the remainder of the proceats of my reale astate if any left and forther it is my will that all my Bonds, notes and Book accounts aginst my respectif legatees shell be noll and void after my decease, and forther I appoint Lewis Mickey and George Wise my executors in this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I the said Martin Kitch to this my last will & testament have set my hand and seal declaring it to be my last will & testament dated the thirteenth day of June one thousand eight hundred and twenty nine. Martin Kitch [seal] Witnesses present John Cornman Peter Wibley Cumberland County, iss: - This 29th day of November 1830. Before me Abraham Hendel, Deputy for John Irwin, Register for the probate of wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for the said County, personally came John Cormany and Peter Wibly, the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Instrument of writing and being duly sworn according to Law depose and say that they were present and saw and heard Martin Kitch, the Testator, therein named sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the same as and for his testament and last will & that at the time of so doing the said testator was of a sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge, observation & belief. Be it remembered that on the twenty ninth day of November AD 1830 the last will and testament of Martin Kitch deceased was legally proved; and that letters testamentary were issued on the same day to Lewis Mickey and George Wise, the executors therein named. Inventory and accounts to be exhibited in the time appointed by law.
