Last Will & Testament of Mary Kitch, decd. In the Name of God, Amen. I, Mary Kitch, Of the Borough of Carlisle in the County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being weak of body but of sound and disposing mind and memory do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament in manner following, to wit: Ð First, it is my will and I do order that all my just debt and funeral expenses be paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently can be after my decease. -- Item, I give and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Polly all my personal property that I am possessed of. -- I do hereby authorise my executor hereinafter named to rent my house and lot of grounds situate on the North side of Louther Street in the Borough of Carlisle for one year after my decease and at the expiration of the year to sell the said house and lot of ground to such person or persons and for such price or prices as may be reasonably gotten for the same and for that purpose I do hereby authorise and empower my executor to sign, seal, exec! ute, and acknowledge all such deed or deeds of conveyance as may be requisite for the granting and assuring the same to the purchaser thereof Ð and the monies arising from such sale I do give and bequeath un the manner following, to wit: - One half thereof I do give and bequeath to my son John Kitch, his heirs and assigns, and the other half thereof I do give and bequeath to my daughter Polly Kitch, her heirs and assigns. And lastly I nominate, constitute, and appoint my brother Jacob Ziegler to be executor of this, my last Will and Testament.
