  Will of William Kilgore of Newton Tp will book K p 55. Farmer, being advanced 
  in years, wills as follows:
  To my wife, Isabella, the use of the farm on which I now live & my land at 
  North Mountain for life or widowhood.
  After wife's marriage or death, Exr to sell land & divide in 9 equal parts.
  To my daughter Elizabeth, two of said parts, she paying to Robert McFarlane 
  who is married to my daughter Jane $5 & to the sd Jane, his present wife $5 & 
  to his three children each $5 making $25.
  to my sons, Ezekiel, Samuel, William, Joseph & Jesse to each a share or ninth
  To my daughters Nancy & Isabella, each one ninth
  Appoints sons Ezekiel & Jesse Exrs.  Dated Apr 11, 1822 William Kilgor [sic]
