  .  Will of James Neal Esq of Dickinson Tp will book L P 92 gives:
  To Associate Synod of North America $600
  to my niece Sarah Polk or Pollock daughter of John & Elizabeth Polk, formerly 
  Elizabeth Madill, now or formerly of Wash Co, Pa $200
  To James Neal Eby, son of Jason W. Eby all my interest in a house & lot on 
  South St, Carlisle formerly the property of Sarah Williams which became vested 
  in me by the death of my sister, Margaret Neal who died intestate.
  Directs property sold & divided in three parts & gives:
  to my niece Marth [sic] Slemons one part ie 1/3 formerly Madill intermarried 
  with Robert Slemons now of Jefferson Co, VA
  to my niece Sarah Boyd formerly Madill married to Samuel Boyd of Lancaster Pa 
  one share
  to niece [sic] Jane, Mary, George & Sarah Boyd, children of my niece Elvyra 
  Boyd, the other 1/3 now of Chester Co, Pa.
  Appoints Mathew Boyd their father testamentary Gdn.  Appoints Samuel Boyd & 
  Jason W. Eby Exrs.  Dated Mch 8, 1837, James Neal (seal) Witnesses: Henry
