I Michael Noggle being of a sound mind do dispose of my worldly estate as follows- First that I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as possible out of the first money that shall come into the hands of my executor from any portion of my estate real & personal. I further direct that my executor secure for me a suitable mark over my grave costing not less than forty dollars. I further appoint my son John B. Noggle and John H. Detters of Penn Twp., Cumb. Co., Penna. as my executors. Isaac Noggle, David Noggle. (John H. Detters is crossed out) I further direct that all my real estate be sold by my executor as soon after my decease as possible & converted into money, and that the money of my real estate & the personal property I now possess which consists of notes etc. be divided equally among my children John B. Noggle of Missouri, David Noggle of Illinois, Farmer, Isaac Noggle of Illinois, Laborer & my Grandchild a daughter of George Noggle, he George Noggle died in 1887. Share and share alike the above four persons constituting four shares. Sealed and delivered in the presence of J.S. Benchart John T. McConn Cumberland County This 23rd day of February A.D. 1892, before me Alphonse M. Clark Register for the probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for the County of Cumberland in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, personally came J.S. Burchart and John T. McConn the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing, purporting to be the last will and testament of Michael Noggle late of Penn Township Cumberland County Pa. deceased who being duly affirmed according to law, depose and say that they were present and saw and heard the Testator Michael Noggle sign, seal, publish, pronounce, and declare the same as and for his last Will and Testament, and that at the time of his so doing he was of a sound and disposing mind, memory, and understanding, to the best of their observation, knowledge, and belief, and that they subscribed their names as witnesses at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other.
