Upon the petition of Elizabeth Gingrich widow o& relict of John Gingrich late of 
Annville township dec'd stating that the said John lately died intestate leaving 
among others three infant children to wit; Nancy of the age of four years, Maria 
& Batbara twins born after the decease of their father not yet one year olds; 
That the petitioner hath fed & clothed the said minor children, to wit Nancy 
from the first day of April 1806 to the present time and the other two from the 
18th day of Aug last till the present time.  And therefore praying the court to 
make her such allowance out of their respective estates as may be deemed 
reasonable & just   The court upon consideration made an allowance of twelve 
pounds per annum to the petitioner for the maintenance of the said minors 
respectively to be paid out of their respective estates.
