Deed Poll to
John Gingerick

This Twenty fifth day of March AD 1820 Peter Wenrich Esq High Sheriff of Dauphin 
County acknowledged in Open Court a Deed Poll under his hand and seal bearing 
date the day and year aforesaid for conveying unto John Gingerick for the 
consideration of Seven hundred and twenty six dollars A certain Tract of Land 
situate in Derry Township Dauphin County bounded by lands of Anthony Fishburn, 
James Wilson Esq & others containing fifty two acres be the same more or less 
with the appurtenances to have and to hold the said Tract of Land with the 
appurtenances to the said John Gingerich his heirs and assigns forever which 
property late the Estate of Ludwig Coba was sold by the said Sheriff by virtue 
of a Writ of Venditions Exponas issued out of the Common Pleas of Dauphin County 
teste the 25th day of December AD 1819
