Gingerick This 27th day of October AD 1821 Christian Glein Esquire High Sheriff of Dauphin County acknowledged in Open Court a Deed Poll under his hand and seal bearing date the day and year aforesaid for conveying unto John Gingerich for the sum of One hundred and forty seven dollars and fifty cents a certain Tract of Land situate in Derry Township in said County bounded by lands of Jacob Heist, John Gingerich and others containing six acres be the same more or less with the appurtenances To have and to hold the said Tract of Land with the appurtenances unto the said John Gingerick his heirs and assgigns forever which property late the Estate of Martin Sweigart was sold by Peter Wenrich Esq Late High Sheriff of said County by virtue of a Writ of Vendition Exponas issued out of the Court of Common Pleas of the County aforesaid bearing teste the Third day of July AD 1821
