The Militia of the 1st brigade, 6th division of Pennsylvania, are requested to meet, and exercise under the command of their respective officers, on the following days of exercise, appointed by law, - In companies on the first Monday in the month of May, being the 5th day of May next; and in regiments, according to their respective numbers, viz: The 3d regiment, under the command of Col. George Bowman, to meet in the town of Lebanon, on Monday, the 9th day of May. The 66th regiment, under the command of Col. Jacob Wain, to meet in Harrisburg, on Tuesday, the 20th day of May. The 78th regiment, under the command of Col. Broderick Wulfersberger, to meet in Hummelstown, on Wednesday, the 21st of May. The 95th regiment, under the command of Col. Peter Lebengood, to meet in Rehrersburg, on Thursday, the 22d of May. The 117th regiment, under the command of Col. Abraham Sehbolt, to meet in Jones'-town, on Friday, the 23d day of May. And the battalion, under the command of Maj. John Lytle, to meet on Monday, the 26th day of May. The officers are requested to appear in uniform, and the privates with firelocks, agreeably to law. The captains, or commanding officers of the respective companies, are requested to deliver their returns to the commanding officer of the regiment, (or to my successor, as I intend to resign my office on the 1st day of April next) on or before the next meeting of their respective regiments.
