Beck, aged 40 years, a photographer for some years, died Saturday afternoon at his home, 1619 Hunter street, after an illness of but a few hours. Death came as a result of the excessive heat. Mr. Beck was a member of Star of America Commandery, Knights of Malta; Phoenix Lodge, No. 59, Knights of Pythias, and the Protective Home Circle, No. 255. Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock at the funeral parlor of C. H. Mauk, under taker, Sixth and Kelker streets. Burial will be made in the East Harrisburg Cemetery. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Emma Beck, and three children. BECK - George D. Beck, aged 40, died Saturday, July 20, at his residence, 1616 Hunter street. He is survived by his wife, Emma, and three children. Funeral services Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from funeral parlors of C. H. Mauk, Sixth and Kelker streets.
