The boy received his fatal injuries when run down by the automobile driven by Jura Pozoici. Pozoici gave himself up to the police and was dismissed on bail awaiting the outcome of the accident. Although no time has been set for an inquest the Coroner reported this morning that it would be held as soon as witnesses could be gotten together. The hearing will probably be a matter of form, as witnesses say the driver of the car was not driving fast and that he could not have seen the boy in time to have avoided the accident. The boy jumped from the rear step of an ice wagon directly into the path of Pozoici's car. The funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the German Catholic Church and burial will be made in the Harrisburg Catholic Cemetery. The boy is survived by his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. John Cole, 484 Mohn street. The Evening News, Harrisburg, Penna., Saturday, July 6, 1918
