All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/dauphin/ _________________________________________ Heckton Boy Struck by Auto Dies of Injuries Early yesterday morning, Joseph Cooper, aged 6 years, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Cooper, of Heckton, was struck by an automobile, driven by W. J. Evert, of 1508 South Twelfth street, this city, while playing in the roadway. The boy received a fractured skull and was immediately taken to the Polyclinic Hospital at Front and Harris streets, where he died last evening. The Coroner decided that the death was caused by accident. The funeral services will be held on Thursday morning at 10 o'clock at the home. Burial will be made in the Heckton Cemetery.
