He was thrown to the ground and a trolley rail rolled from a truck, which had collided with Fry's team, and fell on his head, crushing the skull. The accident occurred at Main and Catherine streets while Fry was driving into the borough from this city and while a workman's car, with a truck load of rails was rounding the corner, bound for the Ann street bridge curve where the trolley company is moving its track. Fry was 37 years old and leaves a wife and five children. His body was taken to the morgue of Undertaker G. E. Brestle, deputy coroner, in Middletown, and Coroner Eckinger expected to go to Middletown this afternoon to hold an inquest. The two horses in the team were slightly injured but they were brought home this afternoon after they were given attention by a Middletown veterinarian.
