Kingston, 57, Harrisburg, formerly of Indiana, died Saturday, Sept. 3, 1977 in his home. A son of George D. and Edna Byers Kingston, he was born Aug. 25, 1920 in Indiana. Mr. Kingston was employed as a photo engraver by the Patriot News. He was an Army veteran of World War II an a member of the Graphic Arts International Union. He was formerly employed as a photo engraver by the Indiana Evening Gazette. Surviving are his widow, Betty C. Kingston; a son Howard M. Jr., Gaithersburg, Md., a daughter, Mrs. Cecil Johnson, Harrisburg; and one granddaughter. Friends are being received in the Hetrick Funeral Home, Harrisburg, where services will be held Wednesday with the Rev. David T. Willard, pastor of Summerdale United Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be in the Woodlawn Memorial Garden, Harrisburg.
