Lytle, 40 Years a Pennsy Carpenter, Dies at the Age of 74 James H. Lytle, 74 years old, died this morning at his residence, 1331 Green street. Mr. Lytle was employed as a carpenter in the Pennsylvania Railroad Shops for forty years and retired about four years ago. He was a charter member of the Bethlehem Lutheran Church, a member of the P. R. R. Veteran Association, and a charter member of the City Lodge, No. 301, I. O. O. F. Funeral services will be held at the residence Tuesday at 2.30 o'clock with the Rev. Bradley Markward, pastor of the Bethlehem Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in the Paxtang Cemetery. Mr. Lytle is survived by his wife, Amanda, and these children: Mrs. James B. Snyder, Maude Lytle, Mrs. Oliver Challenger, William J. Lytle, George D. Lytle and Charles S. Lytle. The Evening News, Harrisburg, Penna., Saturday, August 10, 1918 JAMES H.
