All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/dauphin/ _________________________________________ ALL OF THE NEWS OF STEELTON, MIDDLETOWN AND DAUPHIN COUNTY STEELTON Shifting Engine Kills Lad at Francis Street When struck by a shifting engine on the Pennsylvania Railroad near the Francis street crossing at 7 o'clock last evening, Rudolph Ozimes, 11 years old, son of Frank Ozimes, an Austrian, 276 Frederick street, received injuries to the head which resulted in his death a short time later. It is said by witnesses of the accident that the boy ran from behind a car directly in front of the approaching locomotive. He was rushed to the Emergency Hospital of the steel plant, where he died without recovering consciousness. The funeral services will be held in St. Mary's Catholic Church tomorrow morning at 9 o'clock and burial will be made in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
