All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/dauphin/ _________________________________________ MIDDLETOWN WOMAN FOUND DEAD IS BURIED Funeral of Mrs. Christiana Wanamaker Held This Morning MIDDLETOWN, June 25. - Funeral services for Mrs. Christiana Wanamaker, wife of Jacob Wanamaker, at Round Top, were held this morning at 9 o'clock at the residence with further services at 10 o'clock in Geyer's church, the Rev. Fuller Bergstresser officiating. Burial was made in the cemetery adjoining the church. Mrs. Wanamaker was found dead in her bed last Friday evening. Up to the time of her sudden death she had been in good health. She was born in Londonderry Township, March 10, 1835. For more than fifty years she and her husband resided in the Round Top district. She is survived by her husband and three children, Samuel S., of Round Top; Jacob S., residing at home, and Delanson, of Kingston. The Evening News, Harrisburg, Penna., Tuesday, June 25, 1918
