J. Matter, 740 South Twenty-first street, when their daughter, Miss Catherine E. Matter, and Lester E. Anderson were married, with the Rev. E. E. Snyder, pastor of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, officiating. The bride, who was unattended, wore a lovely frock of blue satin with a hat of the same shade. Immediately after the ceremony, Mr. and Mrs. Anderson left for an extended trip to New York and Atlantic City. Prior to her marriage, Mrs. Anderson was employed as a stenographer by the Elliot-Fisher Company, Mr. Anderson is connected with the Pennsylvania Railroad.
