R. Rabuck, Harrisburg, R. F. D., No. 4, a pretty wedding was solemnized when their daughter, Miss Margaret Rabuck, and Edgar F. Bookf, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Bookf, of West Fairview, were married in the presence of more than fourty relatives and guests. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Luther Henry, pastor of Shoop's Lutheran Church, and Miss Esther Schaffner played the wedding march. The house was most artistic with quantities of rhododendron and fern. The bride who was unattended wore a charming gown of white crepe de chine and carried an arm bouquet of bridal roses. A reception followed the ceremony after which Mr. and Mrs. Bookf left for an extended wedding trip. Mrs. Bookf is a graduate of the Middletown High School and attended the Millersville State Normal School after which she taught for several years. Mr. Bookf is in the service and at present is attached to the U. S. S. Rhode Island. For the duration of the war Mrs. Bookf will reside at West Fairview. Mr. Bookf will shortly return to his ship.
