ACTIVITIES IN THE REALM OF SOCIETY AND PERSONAL NOTES OF INTEREST

  The wedding of Miss Myra Eby, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S. P. Eby, 
2012 North Third street, to Eugene M. Craighead, son of Mr. and Mrs. 
Charles Craighead, 204 Harris street, was solemnized August 6 at 
Saranac Lake, N. Y.  The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Harry F. 
Klaer, pastor of Covenant Presbyterian Church, this city.  Miss Eleanor 
Eby, sister of the bride, was maid of honor.  Mrs. Craighead is a 
graduate of Central High School and of LaSalle Seminary, Boston.  She 
has been assisting in the Harrisburg Public Library.
  Mr. Craighead, who is a member of the Naval Reserves, stationed in 
Chelsea, Mass., is a graduate of Central High School and of 
Pennsylvania State College.
