HARRY B. MATEER [photo] Corporal and Mrs. Harry B. Mateer, whose wedding was an event of Friday, July 5, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Mateer, South Progress, the bridegroom's parents, with the Rev. H. M. Miller, of the United Brethren Church, of Penbrook, officiating, have returned from an extended trip. The wedding, which was a very pretty home affair, was attended by a number of relatives and friends of the young couple. The bride wore a gown of white georgette crepe and a corsage bouquet of white roses. Following the ceremony a dinner was served to the guests. Prior to her marriage Mrs. Mateer was Miss Annie E. Porter, of Penbrook. Corporal Mateer has returned to Camp Lee, where he is with the 35th Company, Ninth Training Battalion, 155th Depot Brigade.
