All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/dauphin/ _________________________________________ ACTIVITIES IN THE REALM OF SOCIETY AND PERSONAL NOTES OF INTEREST A pretty wedding was solemnized this morning at 9:30 o'clock in the Church of God, New Cumberland, when Miss Edythe Mae Sutton, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rachel Bair Sutton, and I. N. McClanahan, of this city, formerly of Evansville, Ind., were quietly married in the presence of a number of relatives and friends. The Rev. Mr. Heikes, pastor of the Church of God, officiated, using the ring ceremony. The bride, who had no attendants, looked charming in a tailored suit of blue serge and wore a white Milan sailor. Mr. and Mrs. McClanahan left on a motor trip to Niagara Falls and Canada.
