Dr. G. W. Myers Weds Miss Alvord in Lykens

  Cards were received here today announcing the marriage of a prominent 
Lykens couple, Dr. George Washington Myers and Miss Sarah Alvord.  The 
wedding took place in Lykens on Saturday, and Dr. and Mrs. Myers have 
gone to North Carolina on a wedding trip.  They will be "at home" in 
Lykens after July 15.
  Mrs. Myers is an intimate friend of Mrs. Eugene C. Grace, wife of the 
president of the Bethlehem Steel Corporation.  Together they attended 
Moravian Seminary, Bethlehem, and frequently have visited each other.
