Personal Briefs

  The wedding of Mrs. Elaine W. Riley, 2412 North Second street, and 
Robert C. Neal, of this city, will take place tomorrow noon in 
Philadelphia, with a few intimate friends in attendance.  Mrs. Riley, 
who has made her home in Harrisburg for the past few years, is a 
daughter of Lewis Edward Weber, of Paris, where Mrs. Riley lived for a 
number of years.

  Mr. and Mrs. Robert C. Neal, of this city, whose wedding was an event 
of Saturday noon, at Philadelphia, are expected to return in a few 
weeks to "Kincora," near Duncannon, the country estate of Mr. Neal, 
where they will be at home for the summer.  Among the Harrisburg guests 
who attended the ceremony at the Central Congregational Church and the 
wedding breakfast which followed at the Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia, 
were Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Hays, Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Kaltwasser, Mr. and
