SOCIETY AND PERSONAL NOTES OF INTEREST

  Announcement has been made of the marriage of Miss Ruth Zimmerman to 
Edward A. Rosborough on Thursday evening, August 22, at the home of the 
bride's mother, Mrs. Clara R. Zimmerman, of Duncannon.  Dr. George H. 
Johnston, pastor of the Presbyterian Church, performed the ceremony.
  The bride and groom were unattended, and after short supper served to 
a few friends, left for a brief trip to Philadelphia and Atlantic City.
  The bridegroom is a son of James Rosborough and holds a position in 
the Harrisburg National Bank.  The bride is a graduate of the Beechwood 
School and has been teaching in the public schools of Duncannon for the 
past few years.
