AND MRS. ARTHUR RUSSELL [photos] The announcement of the wedding of Miss Ruth Herr, of this city, and Arthur Russell, of Shippensburg, which took place in Baltimore, Md., on Tuesday, came as a complete surprise to the many friends of the young couple in this city. The announcement was made in a telegram to Miss Mary Freed, 2025 North Fifth street. The bride, who was unattended, looked charming in a gown of shell pink Georgette crepe and wore a large hat of the same delicate shade. A corsage bouquet of pink roses added to the artistic effect. Immediately after the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Russell left for an extended trip to Washington, D. C.; Alexandria Va., and other Eastern cities. On their return they will be at home to their friends at 1225 Derry street. Mrs. Russell is a member of the Otterbein U. B. Church and has been active in many branches of the church work.
