Shelley, 2215 Pine street, took place yesterday morning at 3 o'clock at the rectory of St. Patrick's Church, Washington, D. C., with the Rev. J. A. McNamara, officiating. The bride wore a white georgette gown and large pink picture hat and carried a bridal bouquet of orchids. Miss Mabel Shelley, sister of the groom, was maid of honor. She wore pink georgette crepe with hat to match and carried sweetheart roses. Frank Reeser, Wilmington, Del., was best man. The bride's sister and husband, Mr. and Mrs. P. J. Murphy, of this city, witnessed the ceremony. The bride is a graduate of Central High School and the Teachers' Training School and taught for some time in the L. O. Foose Building. She is a member of the D. V. V. Society. Prior to her marriage, she was employed by the Government at Washington. Mr. Shelley is a graduate of Central High School and Pennsylvania State College and is a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.
