Stroup, Deputy Register Book Q, Page 307 -------------------------------------------------------------------- Andrew Ritzman's Will, 1900 I, Andrew Ritzman of the Township of Upper Paxton County of Dauphin and state of Penna. being of sound mind memory and understanding do make and publish this, my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills by me at any time here to fore made. First I direct that my body be decently interred and that my funeral be conducted in a manner and befitting my state and condition in life. Second I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully satisfied by my Executrix here in after named, as soon as can conveniently be done so after my decease. Third All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate wether [sic] real personal or mixed of which I shall die possessed of, or to which I may be entitled to at my decease. I devise, bequeath, and give to my beloved wife Susan Ritzman for her own proper use and benefit and after her death whatever there be remaining of my estate I direct that the same shall then become the property of Mellie Cora Deibler now the wife of Harvey Deibler for her own use forever. Fourth I do nominate, and appoint my wife Susan Ritzman to be the executrix of this my last will and testament In testimony whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal this Eighth day of June A.
