numerically and we trust spiritually.
      We greatly mourn the deaths of some who have been trusted
and tried.  Among these, was our beloved brother, J. Lewis Crozer. Cons<cutoff>
in his attendance, generous alike with wealth of heart and outward mea<cutoff>
gentle and courteous to all, laboring in prayer for the church until he
was called, hence his place in our memory is large and grateful.
                The prospects of the new year affords stimulus and promise.

       The regular church meeting was held on Wednesday
evening Oct 27, "97
       In the absence of the church clerk, brother Francis E Weston
was appointed church clerk pro tem.
       The minutes of the last mmeeting were read and approved.
A letter of dismission was granted to Sally Cohen, to unite
with the Baptist Church of Village Green.
       On motion adjourned.
