TO be exposed to Public Sale on 2nd day, 13th of February next, at 12 o, at the house of Mary Engle in the borough of Chester, all that valuable real estate of Isaac Eyre, deceased, viz:- No. 1, a tract of land in the township of Chester, adjoining lands of Richard Flower, Abigail Eyre, Geo. McCall, Samuel West, and the road leading from R. Flowermill, to the middletown road, containing forty two acres, well watered by a stream which empties into Chester creek and several Springs on other parts of said property. No. 2. a lot of valuable meadow land containing 14 acres in the township aforesaid, on Chester creek, and adjoining lands of Jonathan Pennell, and Samuel Lytle. No. 3. a lot 40 feet on the street leading from the lower Pier, by 120 feet to Chester creek. On the premises there is a new and well finished brick house and frame stable. No. 4. a lot 60 feet on the street leading from the same Pier, by 120 to Chester creek. - On the premises there is a good stone dwelling house and store, with a wharf, on said creek. This property is now in the possession of Joseph Williams, and from which he runs his packet to Philadelphia three times a week. A further description is deemed unnecessary as persons wishing to purchase will view for themselves. To the above described property there will be a good and sufficient title given. - Terms at sale.
