Stevenson, and on a public road leading from Rockdale to Lima, containing 117 square perches of land, more or less. The improvements consist of a stone dwelling house, two stories high, about 29 feet front by 17 deep, with a log kitchen attached, a well of water at the door and a pump in the same; a frame barn 28 feet by 16, with stone stabling under. There are a variety of fruit trees on the premises. The land is of a good quality, convenient to manufactories, schools and places of public worship, and is well worthy the attention of mechanics. Seized and to be sold as the property of Enoch Coles, and to be sold by R.R.
