FIVE GENERATIONS 1949 - BAKER YOUNG HAYS/HAYES GREEN
 
                                FIVE GENERATIONS     
                     Delaware County Daily Times - 1949
 
          FIVE GENERATIONS -- Mrs. IDA M. BAKER, of Media, widow of
      JOHN M. BAKER, holds the central seat at a joyful reunion of five
      generations of her family.
          Mrs. BAKER, who is 84, is holding her great great grandson, six
      months-old EDWARD EUGENE GREEN, of Elwyn.
          Standing behind Mrs. BAKER is her daughter, Mrs. ELIZABETH
      M. YOUNG, 59, of Media.
          On the right is Mrs. YOUNG'S daughter, Mrs. EDITH HAYES, 38,
      of Elwyn, and on the left is Mrs. HAYES' daughter who is Baby 
      EUGENE'S mother, Mrs. BETTY E. GREEN, of Elwyn, age 19.
          Mrs. BAKER has been a resident of Delaware County all her life.
          In addition to her daughter, Mrs. YOUNG, shown here, she has
      three other children living. There are also 13 grandchildren, 29 great
      grandchildren, and one other great great grandchild in addition to
      Baby EUGENE.

of Marple.
Widow SARAH (nee MILLER) MARKWOOD married CHARLES LOWER of Nether Providence.
